If you recognise there is a mental health epidemic and want to learn how to understand and regulate your own emotions so you can practise and model healthy behaviours in your own home with your family and children.
If you want to start your own business and not be worried or derailed by fear of failure, success, judgment or criticism.
Week 1: Living a Life Above Zero. Learning about the psychology and what it means to live a “Life Above Zero”. You start the program with reflection on your own pivot moments in life and set intentions.
Week 2: Before You Move Forward You Need to Let Go. You are given the space to reflect on what you are holding onto that has been preventing you from moving forward as well as psychological strategies you can use to finally let it go.
Week 3: Who Am I? You are given the space and resources to be able to get clarity on what is important to you so you can start living in alignment with that.
Week 4: You Can’t Hit a Target Without a Focus. Often, the reason you are feeling stagnant or stuck is because you haven't got anything to look forward to. You’re taught to not only make goals that align with you values but also share tips + tricks on how to achieve them.
Week 5: Self-Sabotage; What Stops Us from Taking the Action. You learn the psychology behind why change is so hard to make. You start to understand the psychological triggers for self-sabotage, how to identify and overcome negative self-talk, so it no longer is able to talk you out of your goals and dreams.
Week 6: Passion and Perseverance; The Secret Sauce. Research has found the biggest predictor of success in every area of life is a trait called “grit”. Anybody can have grit - we teach you how to harness it and use it to your advantage in creating your own Life Above Zero.
Week 7: Owning All Parts of You. You are are given a safe space and tools to recognise, own, and love all parts of yourself (even the not so pretty parts - we all have them) which allows you in turn, to love and accept others, too.
Week 8: Enjoy the Journey. You’re empowered by the science and psychology of delayed gratification and learn how to apply it to your health, relationships and careers so you can start to happily achieve rather than achieve to be happy - enjoying the process rather than just focusing on the destination.
Week 9: Playing Small Doesn’t Serve the World. There is more that connects us in the human race than what separates us - understanding this helps us deal with judgment, criticism and the “tall poppy syndrome”. You’re equipped with easy applicable strategies that help you reflect on areas of your life that you are self sabotaging and playing small.
Week 10: Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway. This week you become aware of how to identify and overcome fear so you don’t allow it to rob you of experiencing magical moments and feel equipped to walk through new doors and opportunities that present themselves to you.
Week 11: It’s Ok to Not be Ok. You learn the psychological research, statistics, and theory behind the mental health epidemic and the ‘happiness trap’ so you can learn to not only understand your own feelings but self regulate them.
Week 12: Do the Best You Can, with What You Can, as Long as You Can. This week we let the awareness of death liberate you to help you live your life fully, giving you perspective, gratitude and courage. Told you we were getting deep. You cant talk about Life without also talking about death - its what gives life meaning and might be exactly why you don’t feel like you have any.
